RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) because of defects, you may return the item and receive store credit, subject to the following:

  • Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt of purchase item(s)
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused 
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original Liberty Active packaging in good condition

You will need to send back the item to us. A store credit will be issued to you once the returned items have been verified to meet the above conditions.

To return an item, go to Tresgo Returns to print out your return label and drop off your parcel at any Collectco location. Thereafter, please e-mail hello@liberty-active.com to let us know which item you have returned to us.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchange of items to different sizes
  • Exchange is only allowed if an item is defective (torn) or the wrong order is received
  • Kindly submit any exchange request by printing your return label via Tresgo Returns within 7 days after item’s delivery date. Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted
  • Please take note that exchanges are inspected upon receipt and will only be made once customer has mailed back the item(s) in good condition i.e. merchandise is unworn and unaltered
  • Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged
  • Thereafter, drop an e-mail to hello@liberty-active.com to inform us of your exchange (size desired)
