Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) because of defects, you may return the item and receive store credit, subject to the following:

• Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt of purchase item(s)
• Item(s) must be unworn and unused 
• Item(s) must be returned in the original Liberty Active packaging in good condition

You will need to send back the item to our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Store credit will be issued to you once the returned items have been verified to meet the above conditions.

Please email hello@liberty-active.com with your order number and item name for any returns request.

Exchanges

• We accept exchange of items to different sizes
• Exchange is only allowed if an item is defective (torn) or the wrong order is received
• You need your order number, size and item name for an exchange request to be written in to hello@liberty-active.com
• Kindly submit any exchange request by printing your return label via Tresgo Returns within 7 days after item’s delivery date. Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted
• Please take note that exchanges are inspected upon receipt and will only be made once customer has mailed back the item(s) in good condition i.e. merchandise is unworn and unaltered
• Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you
• Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged
• Liberty Active cannot be held liable for garments that are lost or damaged in the return/exchange process.
• Please note that items from the clearance section are not eligible for an exchange
• Please note that items from the sale section are not eligible for the free exchange service, any exchange will be incurred by the customer
• For any international exchange, we do not cover the cost of return postage or insurance. We recommend using a post service with a tracking number. Upon receipt, we issue a store credit along with a free standard shipping code so you can choose your exchange item yourself.
